We are an independent tea room in Seoul, and every choice we make is guided by the same intention, to offer you a sincere and memorable tea experience.
There is no agency, no middleman, no outside partner or investor behind us. It is just us.
We build and maintain our own website, write every message, and reply to every inquiry personally. We visit tea farms ourselves, speak with the farmers directly, and select teas that are hand-picked and carefully processed. This independence lets us bring you rare teas you will not easily find elsewhere.
We also buy pottery directly from master potters and artisans across Korea. Every teacup, teapot, and serving piece in our space has a story and a maker’s touch. By working directly with them, we know exactly how each piece was created and why it belongs on your table.
We manage every part of the experience, from bookings and marketing to setting up the tea table on the day of your visit. When you sit down for a tea ceremony, a calligraphy session, or tea snack making, you are guided by the same people who put their time and care into preparing the space for you.
Independence matters because it gives us the freedom to shape our work around what feels right for us and for you. When we discover a tea we love, we can offer it immediately. When we see a way to improve a session, we can adjust the format on the spot. We are not trying to fill quotas or meet outside expectations, only to create an experience worth remembering.
This is why we remain personal. Each guest matters, each session is prepared with intention, and each visit is a chance to share Korean tea culture in a way that feels genuine and alive.
